While gazing blankly at my room wall
I wondered if she remembers me at all
Or I was just a swiftly by-passer
...who vanished in the crowds of a mall

Why she should remember me
I have no heroic medals; I'm not six feet tall
I've no athletic biceps or play football
I'm not an idol, singing in Albert's Hall

I thought, for a moment I thought
To her I meant something, though small
